A gem in walking distance to Bole International Airport. Not that it matters really as they provide a complimentary shuttle to and from the Airport. Staff are fantastic and the rooms are very modern and comfortable each with a balcony. This is my preferred place for transiting.

Amazing staff, very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very comfortable and the food, especially the local food is so delicious. The breakfast is also good. Loved that it was so close to the airport, free transfer provided.

Conveniently located and the staff are super friendly and helpful. One staff member went with me to Ethiotel to buy a sim card and waited until I had completed the purchase. On the day of my flight out, breakfast was not yet being served but the young man went downstairs to get us coffees.

    Be prepared for lots of holes in the sidewalks , and people begging/soliciting . We always felt slightly uneasy when going for a walk , and the many construction sites have you walking in the street with seemingly inconsiderate drivers . We spent more time in the hotel because walking around wasn't enjoyable .

    Despite that it was really rainy, we managed to go to Unity Park, Entot Park, Technology Museum, visit the Palace Museum and went shopping for traditional clothing at Shiro Meda and the leather market. I definitely recommend the palace museum visit.

    The area we were in was under a lot of construction making...

    The area we were in was under a lot of construction making it difficult to walk anywhere. When we did walk we were targeted by pickpockets. Luckily we were on to them and avoided any losses. Having been to Addis Ababa before I know there are a lot of great things to see in the city, this was a short business trip. You will need to have reliable transportation in order to get around the city. For longer stays, find a reliable driver to hire for the week.

    i liked bole airport. its clean. the town, at least where i visited in CBD is clean. the taxis are fare is ideal. people i met are friendly. The prices of items is too high i couldn't buy anything there. The hotels are also very expensive. Generally things there are expensive. I liked the fact that public schools are free.

    Great location. Pet friendly hotel & they were very kind to my little dog. I lost my luggage in transit & had nothing to wear until it arrived 2 days later. One lovely lady took me shopping when she finished work in the restaurant. Very nice room with a great view. Evening entertainment most days. The orthodox Christmas was wonderful. Incredible atmosphere. Breakfast was varied & good. No pet shops in Addis Ababa so my dog had food from the restaurant.

    We had a good stay in Addis Ababa thanks to the friendliness of the staff. Hailé is an efficient and attentive manager. HE helped us with the necessary steps to be independent in our organization (taxi, telephone) and the organization of excursions to Hawassa. I highly recommend. Good value for money and lovely staff who offer you traditional tea at any time of the day. The small interior court is pleasant to rest.
