Staff were amazing so helpful and always had a smile. Room with pool view was outstanding. Breakfast kept me going through out the day it was so delicious. I booked an extra 3 nights due to the high class service I received. Unbelievable hotel for solo. Couples or families. 10 outa 10

    Unique in that it is more a residential area with a posh port. It sits in between your more common or garden resorts and has its own charm, centered around the harbour and port and adjoining row of shops, estate agents and bar, restaurant clubs. Bring your credit card! Portals has a little town centre too, with restaurants, a supermarket and some usual resident shops.

    Love the area especially the port and all its restaraunts. The public beach is excellent Beds are reasonable 20.50 euros for 2 beds and an umbrella Easy to get to Palma Can be a wait for taxis during high season and busy times of the day

    The village has plenty of bars and restuarants and is quite quiet in June. Its is reasonably close to Puerto Portals Marina and a pleasant walk to Son Cal and Palma Nova as there is a path the whole way.

    The marina down in Portals is beautiful and there are so many fantastic eateries to choose from. This is our second time visiting for 3 nights and we will definitely return. We stayed in the Tomir Portals Suites hotel and it's easy to walk about 10-15 mins down into the marina area. The beach is lovely too, with a nice beach bar/cafe that does food & drinks. There's a bit of work being done at the moment along the marina front, but it'll soon be finished and it'll be lovely!

    Great location to stay whether you want to stay local to...

    Great location to stay whether you want to stay local to chill or use it as a base to venture out. We rented a car for 4 days and managed to see a number of places on the island with most places only a short 20/25 minute trip away including the city of Palma if that’s your sort of thing. Area itself has a couple of very nice beaches which we went to more than we thought we would as they were so nice. We would stay again for sure and explore more of the island

    I really liked the pool area ,well laid out and it had a bar and restaurant beside it which worked really well.The rooms were very spacious and clean .The food was very good quality with plenty of choice .The staff were very friendly and helpful .Its a great location with nice beaches and walks and good choice in local restaurants and bars

    The hotel was immaculate. Nice new decor. Rooms immaculate cleaned daily with fresh towels. Really can’t fault it tbh. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast and lunches were so good! We loved the food. As good as some restaurants out Short walk to the harbour and short taxi out to Palma or anodyne Bay Area. Pool and loungers all brand new. We shared a room for 3. 2 balconies the sofa bed was comfy! So impressed tbh!

    Very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very close to Palma and could get a bus there. Across the road from the hotel you could access excellent restaurants with a variety and excellent quality of food. The hotel Spa and gym facilities are great.
