One word to describe this hotel - wow!! We loved it. Stayed one night between golf courses and wished we could have stayed longer. Staff were wonderful and super friendly - room was large, clean and comfortable - en-suite facilities were great. The bed was queen size and very comfortable. The room was air conditioned and was so quiet we almost forgot it was actually running! Breakfast was continental and had enough to get the day started. The hotel had been recently renovated to an exceptionally high standard, keeping a large number of wonderful original features - a superb building in central Pego. Good luck to the owners/management, we wish you all well deserved success in a truly amazing hotel.

Excellent standard with air con, roof terrace is amazing, great location for walking round pego and a short 10-15 min drive to the nearest beach which was fabulous. Good supermarket two minutes walk. Excellent communication with hosts. Also made use of the really good communal swimming pool in pego which was well maintained clean quiet and very affordable. Great local restaurants to visit too including L’om.

The place is unique and authentic. It is extremely well supervised, everything is perfectly clean and cosy. The host makes you feel like at home from the very beginning. Old music box in the breakfast area was a beautiful detail. A perfect place to relax in the mountain countryside and explore local cuisine in the nearby restaurants. We'd love and hope to go back here in the future :)

    beautiful old city with lovely places to eat, drink (alcohol or not). Small enough to feel you have got to know your way around it but still so much more to see. Has a street market too. Easy to get to and to visit other places from.

    The rooms are lovely and well appointed. But the best thing is the manager, Sandrine, and the team that work with her. They are all so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I am looking forward to my next trip and staying at this amazing hotel.

    Perfect location, with wonderful views, a lovely terrace and pool, impeccably clean property with really great hosts who could not do enough for us. Whilst we’d visited Monte Pego before we did not expect to discover such a haven on the mountain. We will be back!

    The hotel was close to the centre of the old town. The staff were friendly and the rooms were super clean. The beds were comfortable with a good small bathroom. For the price it's a good choice.
