Hotel is located in the Old Town, very close to the river, with all mayor attractions in a walking distance. Entrance is in fact from the Viktor Street, not Calle del Correos. Daniela checked me in and gave me some info about the hotel and the city. She was very friendly and welcoming. My room was of good size, sparkling clean, well appointed, recently furnished and it had everyrhing I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and there was no noise, I slept like a baby. The reception and public spaces were also well kept.

The quality-price ratio was the best we had in many years. It is also exceptionally quiet, and the breakfast is superb. My son (11) was given extra treats without us asking for it.

I was here in 2020 in full Covid-19 period, and I’ll always remember the staff’s professionalism and friendliness in very uncommon and difficult circumstances at that time. So I came back and I was again very pleased by the staff’s warm welcome, the underground parking space, the big and comfy room and the top restaurant. I’ll be back soon!

    A great neighbourhood to experience authentic life in another country and culture. Weekends are festive in the area with lots of activity at the local bars and cafes. Not many tourists around though... more elderly population noticeable.

    The seminary is a huge building with a hotel only on part of the top floor and a restaurant on the ground floor. The accommodation itself is OK, large rooms, clean, breakfast only cold but it was ok, absolutely nothing around, the view from the window is not great. Most of the guests there are probably like us because of the close airport and a slightly lower price than in Bilbao itself.

    Excellent location close to the airport. Shuttle service is a blast. You can also use it to go to the airport and later on to take the bus to the city. Hotel room was very clean and well maintained. Employees really taking care about their customers.

    Close to airport (15 euro taxi), bus stop beside hotel to city. Good sized rooms with large windows, clean and modern. Good for 24hr in Bilbao, early flight & not needing to carry luggage. Staff very helpful. Cafe on site for breakfast.
