We had a fantastic stay at this brand-new hotel, which impressed us from the moment we arrived. The modern décor is stylish and fresh, and the beachfront location is unbeatable, offering beautiful views and a constant and welcome sea breeze. Although we didn’t spend much time on the beach itself, as the sea isn’t ideal for swimming beyond paddling, the nearby jetty offered some decent snorkeling, though it could get quite busy and hectic. Once the hotel’s own jetty is completed, it will definitely enhance the experience for guests. The bedrooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Highly recommend booking a swim-up room. The pools are spotlessly clean, and we especially loved the double loungers in the infinity pool, which were a big hit. One standout feature was the permanent sunshades and pergolas over all the sunbeds…no more battling with umbrellas! The dining experiences were another highlight. The buffet was consistently high in quality, and we really appreciated being able to book five different à la carte dinners throughout our stay. As a bonus, both the beachfront and Italian restaurants also offer unlimited à la carte options for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and great variety. One of the most memorable moments of our trip was a wonderful horse ride along the beach right in front of the hotel. The nearby stables (just a five-minute drive away) made it easy to arrange, and it’s an experience I would highly recommend. Another good thing that the hotel offer is free transportation in the hotel golf buggies to nearby shops/attractions or just simply for a ride along the beachfront. You can also hire your own self-drive buggies nearby. What truly made our holiday special was the outstanding level of service from all the staff. Everyone from the gardeners and cleaners to the restaurant teams, were friendly, professional, and welcoming.

Everything but especially the people, In particular Mahmoud Eldeeb from Reception, we met him last year in our previous holiday and he always makes us feel at home, he is super nice and professional at the same time! We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️

My 10 year old son had a blast at this hotel. - Service with a smile from all the staff. - Everywhere was spic and span. - The aqua park is very well maintained and the slide attendants maintain good safety while being very friendly . - The reef at the beach is amazing. - The buffet restaurant had a vast selection of mouthwatering dishes and relaxing ambience. - The largest room we had during our Egypt trip.

First of all, my biggest thank you to Mr. Hassan at the reception ☘️ he took care of us in every aspect and provided all kinds of convenience. Since our flight was at night, we were at the hotel in the morning and he took us to the rooms early and gave us a family room when there was room availability, and when our return flight was at night, he allowed us to use the room until 18.00. All the employees are friendly and help with everything. Another big thank you to Mohammed D. at the lobby bar, his communication and treats were nice. The facility is generally clean, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean. Drinks are very soft as in every hotel. It is a hotel where most of the guests work with the German Tui travel agency and the atmosphere is decent. The sea was in the shape of a bay and it met my expectations, but since it was January, the water was cold and I could not swim. If I go to Hurghada again, this is the hotel I will choose. Thank you very much again for everything

    Everything is OK.

    Everything is OK. Except that at the end the owner accuses you of opening some cupboard and drinking 3 beers without paying him. Ah, you specifically asked for his approval and left him money! Complaints follow to Booking, which asks you for 200 dollars for 3 small beers. I don't know... is this some kind of drain scheme, but be careful with this stuff!!!
