The staff was friendly and accommodating. They gave us great tips on how to navigate our pyramids visit, how to get tickets to beat the line, to avoid scammers and hucksters (an unfortunate reality) and helped us to get our money exchanged and ensured we got a good rate. The entrance to the Pyramids was a 7-minute walk.

Lets start from the view exactly as seen in the pictures so beautiful, as if your in the pyramids magical view from the roof. As for the staff all are very nice and respectful but spacial thanks to Mohammad he is one of the kind so helpful and nice he made us feel home and was worried about us when we get late, so me and my husband wants to thank him for helping making everything easier for us and feel warm in our stay, Miss Shaimaa was so lovely also and was on the details and so nice snd warm, also the owner is a real gentlemen that also welcomed us and we really felt cared of that we started thinking of moving in to Egypt 😁 Rooms we booked 2 one with the tub and one for the kids the triple beds the one with the tub and view its so nice and as pictures loved everything about it the decor the pillows and its quite to be honest also the view is so nice The breakfast is nice and yummy with the view its so exceptional

The breakfast was excellent, varied, and fresh, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The view of the pyramids from the terrace is breathtaking and adds a unique touch to the stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a thematic style, perfectly matching the price-to-quality ratio. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel owner is amazing, with a personal and professional approach that made me feel at home. I will definitely return to this hotel! Youssef the owner is a great host, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very good value for money; large, comfortable and clean rooms in a quiet and safe area. Good breakfast in the company of the pyramids and the sphinx. Can't beat the view!
