The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they greeted us immediately and helped us get situated. They were able to accommodate three rooms together which made it so much easier for us to enjoy the hotel as a family. We would go back in a heartbeat. It was well located with a vehicle, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were exceptional.

Location was very good to visit the Christmas market in Essen. The lobby was a nice place to hang out after a long day: good vibes and a Fußball-table!
