Harry Potter style room - very nice and stylish. All the furnishings are new, everything worked in the kitchen. Comfortable sofa, large TV. Despite the pub on the first floor - quiet and pleasant. Nearby is the train station to Cheb-Karlovy Vary. Excellent communication skills of the hosts: confirmation came a few minutes after the order. When we had difficulties with arrival at the appointed time, the staff was ready to help us. Cleaning services were offered on time.

Amazing classic style building with enormous big and high rooms, very comfortable and with very big bed. We had a terrace with view to the singing fountain and could see the night lights and music show. Breakfast was great, very delicious with many choices and also a lot of healthy options. The hotel is at the beginning of the park with springs and also at the central shopping street.

    Royal stay in a former castle/mansion. Great space in the corridors and the room (especially the bathroom, size of which is comparable to entire rooms in other hotels). The price included a daily visit to the SPA facility with a small pool and 3 saunas for every taste. Quality breakfast was served in a beautiful room reminding those used for royal audiences.
