Lovely relaxing place in a beautiful setting. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Clean and cosy room with a bath on legs. Plenty of space and ways to sit and relax in the hotel grounds (tables and chairs, sun beds, deck chairs, benches, swings, etc. They keep deers and lamas in the ground, which we could feed. The restaurant and breakfast bar were both very atmospheric with plenty of great food choices.

Harry Potter style room - very nice and stylish. All the furnishings are new, everything worked in the kitchen. Comfortable sofa, large TV. Despite the pub on the first floor - quiet and pleasant. Nearby is the train station to Cheb-Karlovy Vary. Excellent communication skills of the hosts: confirmation came a few minutes after the order. When we had difficulties with arrival at the appointed time, the staff was ready to help us. Cleaning services were offered on time.

We had such a great time staying here! George, the host, was super kind and helpful – he really made us feel at home and gave us some great tips during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect – close to everything, but still nice and quiet. Our room was big, comfy, and really clean – exactly what we needed to relax. Also, the food was amazing! Everything we tried was so tasty – we looked forward to every meal. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back. Thanks again to George and the team!

    Royal stay in a former castle/mansion.

    Royal stay in a former castle/mansion. Great space in the corridors and the room (especially the bathroom, size of which is comparable to entire rooms in other hotels). The price included a daily visit to the SPA facility with a small pool and 3 saunas for every taste. Quality breakfast was served in a beautiful room reminding those used for royal audiences.
