The accommodation is clean, the kitchen is equipped, you can cook easily. Comfortable bed, functional air conditioning. You will receive check-in information in advance, so everything is easy. Own parking space below the accommodation in the shade, so when you want to leave it is not hot in the car.

Haris is a wonderful man, he waited for us with traditional food and a 2-3 days food set. The house and location is in a beautiful area, the sea is within walking distance from the house, any minuses you notice make up for it with the location and the good mood of the owner. I hope we will return to Haris again. Thank you

The rooms were exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable. The proximity of the bus stop from the airport as well as the proximity from the beach were very positive points. I had dinner at the restaurant and for a very reasonable price you get freshness and quality. This hotel ticked all the boxes for the needs of my trip.

Amazing hotel, very new, very well maintained and staff is very helpful and friendly. Great gym, pool, tasty breakfast. Location is great since its not noisy at night comparing to the main street. Walking distance to the beaches and old city.

The location is perfect - own private beach and 20min easy walk into town. All rooms have a 5 stars sea view. Staff are extremely welcoming and professional. Breakfast was good with big selection of things to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Larnaca. Suitable for solo travelers like myself or families and couples.

You don't want to miss this place and the cheerful chaps that run it! Danny, the manager is super cool and helpful. He is a master of Cyprus and can answer any questions you have! Great sense of humour and laid-back attitude! If you're in luck you will meet "lucky" another nice young man who is eager to help you and assist you with your stay! You will find Madhan as well who is a cheerful guy and likes to chat with guests and make tasty drinks! The whole team is the most friendly staff you will find at a hotel! You don't want to miss this place! I will be back soon! Price is great and the hotel has everything you need for a wonderful stay! Don't forget to get breakfast it's a GOOD one!     The eHotel is located in a largely holiday-home residential area in which there are few holiday-type facilities such as bars and restaurants. It has walks and cycle paths close to the beach, but a car is needed to get to the action.

    Pervolia is a quiet place with a few restaurants, cafe and a local supermarket and chemist. You don’t need a car to get to the restaurants but if you want the beach you will need a car. The 2 restaurants we like are Kokos tavern and Pyrgos the owners are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. There is also a local bus service.

    There are blue flag serviced (until the end of October) beaches at Pervolia. There are restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. It is a great choice for a beach holiday. A car would be essential to enjoy and explore the Island and local area. Pervolia is a large village and quite spread out so, most amenities would be quite a walk from the villa. Also, only the main streets are lit so walking anywhere at night in the dark could be hazardous.

    Bambos the owner/host could not have been more accommodating...

    Bambos the owner/host could not have been more accommodating or nicer. He showed us around the large property and said we were welcome to fruit from his many on site fruit trees and daily eggs from the hen coup. We had use of the bikes, which was a real bonus to explore more the surrounding area and short trip to the sea. Pool area was second to none and a fantastic size including bbq area and many facilities and outdoor fridge. The water cooler which filters tap water making the need to buy bottled water uncessary. Every kitchen need was provided, I cl Tupperware and dishwasher tablets, laundry powder and essentail household cleaning items and loads of toilet rolls. It was a home from home and will highly recommend. We will definitely be staying again.

    Excellent location in a beautiful and peaceful area. Enough room 6 person and excellent facilities for everyday living as well as a perfect holiday. I recommend a car, because there is so much to see around the Pervolia area and the whole island of Cyprus. And it helps a lot because there is no shops in walking distance. Of course you can use Wolt, but still...
