This hotel is centrally located and the amenities are good. There was a pool and spa at our hotel, Kualamana, and the equivalent of a full water park near the entrance of the property. The rooms were clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. With the exception of the front desk staff, who were wildly unhelpful, the staff was polite and helpful.

The apartment was super clean and contained all what is required for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to leave in the night to Bogota and therefore did not stay until the next morning. But it all looked amazing and the host was very responsive. I will definitely come back in case of visiting Melgar.

Everything was amazing! It’s the perfect place to enjoy an authentic experience in Colombia, right next to the Suma Paz river. The service was exceptional, and waking up with birds at the window made it magical. The night with marshmallows by the fire and fishing in the river were unique and unforgettable moments.

Nice hotel, recently renovated. There were some beautiful murals and the place looked very nice. We had a good room, of decent size and working air conditioning. Pretty view to the pool.

The location is really goog, close to all the interesting places in Melgar, in the best turistic zone.
