Avobe the facilities, we want to mention the amazing customer service. We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10. This lovely hotel is located near the east gate of Zhangjiajie National Park, within a 10 minute taxi ride and is very convenient. Housekeeper lucy. Very helpful with planning our trip and booking all relevant tickets in advance The room was spacious, clean and tidy and the price was good. This was the first hotel I've stayed in and I was lucky to be able to find one. In addition, there is even a free laundry service if you need to do laundry during your trip. All in all a great hotel.

Fantastic location, just a short stroll to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park entrance. Very convenient downstairs with plenty of amenities, including much-needed proper cuppa spots! Staff were genuinely welcoming, spoke good English, and went above and beyond - helping us plan our itinerary and book tickets. The in-house buffet breakfast offered good variety with properly brewed fresh coffee. Handy amenities like the gym and laundry room were a bonus. Really worth recommending to fellow travellers.
