Had a wonderful stay! The guesthouse was clean and cozy, the bed was really comfy, and the owner was so kind and helpful. Before coming, he added us on WeChat and helped us book tickets. The location was perfect about 10 minute walk from the east gate of the National Forest Park and an 8-minute walk from the charming Xiangxi performance, which is very convenient. There are many delicious restaurants and convenience stores nearby.— close to everything but still quiet. Highly recommended and I’d definitely come back!

Your hotel is amazing. It has a great location, in relation to the entrance to the park, fun to wake up in the morning and go out to the park on foot and without the need for a taxi, the rooms are super modern and cozy, and are greatly decorated with upholstery on every little detail. I believe there are more similar hotels with the above, even if they are not exactly as yours. By the way, this is the first recommendation I give to a hotel in my life, and I do it because of your staff member, Sunny. Early in the morning until 22:00 at night, she sat with me and advised me on hiking trails in the area, prepared me maps with detailed instructions, what to do and what to skip, what bus takes everywhere, and where to get off. She even helped me exchange money at the bank so that I could get a better exchange rate. I have traveled a lot in the world, and there have been quite a few people with a sense of service, but not at the level of Sunny, always available at WeChat and also helping from a distance always positive and happy to help. So I highly recommend coming and staying in your hotel.

Perfect Location for the Park. It is only few minutes walk to Park Entrance.The guesthouse even have a lift with this price, which is so nice for our luggage to high floor . Room is clean and big size with soft bed.The manger speaks English .She is very knowledgeable about Zhangjiajie and help us arrange everything trip, train station pick up to make your stay more relaxing. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff are very friendly ,they picked us up from the train station and have helped us arrange our trip . My mom wanted to prepare her own pancakes and they didn’t hesitate to provide her with all the items . The view from the lodge is amazing as well . We arrived in China by train from Hong Kong. We came completely unprepared, without roaming, without Chinese yuan, without a hotel address in Chinese, without a route plan for the park. By some miracle, a local guy brought us from the train station to the hotel using GPS coordinates. At the hotel, we paid for our transfer, were treated to tea, bought tickets to the park, and were given a route plan. The staff didn't speak English, but we understood each other perfectly with the help of a translator. They helped us solve all our problems and plan our days in this area. They always found and brought us to the hotel by car, considering that we didn't have internet. In general, it was delightful! And the hotel itself was very comfortable. The view, cleanliness, style. Everything was superb!
