We loved EVERYTHING! From the kind warm welcoming to the encouragement for wellbeing and decommissioning to the home like hospitality and not to mention the most delicious meal we had in Chile, this one of a kind experience not only in Le Muy but the whole of Chile! We came as travellers and we left as family. We will return snd stay with our family again. I can't recommend it enough, feel free to message me for any questions. Side note: The dog (Sherlock) was our guide to the enchanted forest, he took us to his favourite spots snd helped us to get lost and commune with nature. I recommend taking this guide. Everything is good! If you want a warm fresh cook breakfast (eggs menu) the owner will make it for you on request or sometime she will ask before hand. The decorations are very chic. And the room is so cozy with a very comfortable bed and stunning view that you can go out to feel the fresh clean air outside on the balcony.

This wonderful family run hotel is an absolute gem. Built on stilts it is is constructed from restored used wood, is tastefully decorated to reflect Chilean arts and crafts and to calm the weary traveller, with lovely bedrooms facing the river and access to a kitchen as well as a delightful independent restaurant and balcony area on the third floor which all guests should take advantage of. We were treated to the best breakfast of our 3 week trip to Chile, the freshest of fruit, yoghurt, eggs, ham, cheese, juice, bread all prepared especially for us. But to top it off and most invaluable was the wonderful Helena and her family who took care of our every need and there were many! She made sure we could access our bedrooms early after a gruelling 16 hour overnight ferry from Puerto Cisnes and was our translator for many other little dramas that pursued us during our stay as two non-spanish speaking women. Thank you Helena!

100 Points for Gloria and Jose-Louis. They were wonderful hosts. We arrived late and tired and were able to order a delicious soup and salad meal on short notice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and stylish (and of course clean). The private hot tub, looking out over the trees was great. Breakfast by the fire was a great start to the day. We got a great tip where to eat out on the next night and had one of the best meals of our trip. On our last day Gloria took us on an excursion to Dalcahue and then to Parque Meular, which is not even open to the public yet. It was a priviledge. We also enjoyed talking to Gloria and Jose-Louis late into the night to discover the similarities and differences between Germany and Chile and many other topics. WE fehlt totally at home.

They cooked a delicious supper for us and were warm and friendly. The room was comfortable, warm and quiet.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was lovely since the beginning, the room was cozy and warm, the food at the restaurant was delicious and always available, and it was great to have facilities like sauna and swimming pool after a long day out. (Breakfast was delicious too). The internet was fast and available from all the places of the hotel, which is great for people who travel for work. The location was more than excellent, having the main places very close, like Castro Cathedral, many cafes and restaurants, crafts fair, and the coast.
