The bed was very comfortable, room was sufficiently large, bathroom and shower were great. We ate in the restaurant three nights - good food, very reasonably priced. Breakfast was simple but good - fruits, cereal, yogurts, baked goods, eggs, cold cuts and assorted breads. Included coffee/ tea and juices. We will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend. Clean , stylish, comfortable, and good repair. Super friendly accommodating staff. Spacious room. Staff was able to deduct Chilean tax for the room as we paid in foreign currency and checked in with non Chilean passport. Great savings ! Thank you.

Lady operator did not give us a smile at all...with no English. Shower box door is broken. At least I killed 4 in the bathroom and 4 on the bed tiny flying insect. I guess not many good hotels with economical rate in town.

    Practical location nearby the bus terminal. We were only in Copiapó to visit Nevado Tres Cruces so for us it was very convenient. Also that they sold some drinks at the reception and that we could use the microwave was convenient. The outdoor area was nice too. And it was close to the supermarket.

    The hotel is in the centre of Copiapó, well located in front of the plaza. It has a good parking, the rooms are nice and spacious, the restaurant was quite good, breakfast also good. Check-in and out was good. The price of the hotel is reasonable
