Location. It is great. I visited in beginning of October and it was easy to get there by public transport during that time (it might be different when snow covers the mountain pass). Tickets for some of the local cable cars were included and for some other ones I got a discount (I've used free cable cars only as I've stayed for one day and there was only that much I could visit). I would really encourage to walk around the lake that is down from the hotel as it is beautiful and the view from the dam is also great! Breakfast was very nice as well. One thing to keep in mind - hotel is high up (1900-2000 meters) and if you are not used to mountain hotels, you might have worse sleep quality, not because of the beds or something, but because air is thinner up there and your body need to adjust to that.

Location next to greatest Swiss alpine passes. Underground garage for motorcycle. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and superclean room (despite economy option). And the cherry on top was the breakfast with local choice of hams and cheese. I will definitely plan my next trip in area around this hotel´s availability.

    Was there 5 days for cycling the high mountain passes. Wonderful hotel with very good price/quality. The staff is amazing friendly! Danke Astrid und Carmen, Grazie Roberta! Booked also evening dinner at a good price and the cook (Peter) makes wonderful meals . Very good hotel in one of the most beautiful regions in Europe. I would like to go again .     Very handy location if you are traveling on this part of Switzerland, whether by car or by train (station at walking distance from the hotel). Breakfast is great. Rooms are clean and in excellent working condition. Staff are very friendly and speak several languages. It is a friendly, useful stop for motorbikers. Good meal choices for dinner. Not the first time we stayed here before.

    the location is really great. It is reasonably quite. The beds were most uncomfortable. Toileteries provided are minimal . Breakfast was really good in plenty the. choices were really good. Hotels are becoming frugal and cutting out on basics and makes it poor value for money

    When booking you can see the pictures of a modern hotel, but in reality it's an old one from the eighties. The wifi is week and the breakfast is poor.
