The location is amazing. The fact that we had the panorama pass for free bus rides was perfect for the location. Being able to start the day with hot breakfast and a glass of Prosecco was wonderful. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay at a great hotel.

Everything!!! Just come and enjoy! P.S for the first day,youd better call the hotel to know where is the entrance of the elevator in the old town. otherwise you need to climb a small mountain with all your heavy luggage as me T.T

This is the second time i stayed here. The staff were once again competent and very friendly. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade but had no mini fridge in our room. However there was a communal fridge on our floor where we could store fruit we had brought with us.

Fantastic staff and an extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable room. We also enjoyed access to Netflix, teas, coffee, and chocolates. Plus, we received free public transport cards, which was very convenient. I absolutely recommend it!

    The owner was very nice and accommodating, and the house greatly exceeded my expectations. My friends all liked the attic. Not only did we get access to the attic area, but we had an outside area, a study room, a big bathroom, laundry machines, and access to downstairs kitchen. A steal for the low price! The location is not in Thun but close to it, but the city of Steffisburg is beautiful, and this house is right next to the valley overlooking everything. The owner is also very cool and grows mushrooms!

    Kind English-speaking personnel. Late check-in possible, very easy checkout. Excellent price/quality ratio. Very close to Thun with public transport (4 mins train or 10 mins bus, both having stops at a stone's throw from the hotel). Very quiet surroundings, it felt safe at night also for a solo female traveler. Very clean and spacious room.
