Nice place in the tranquil town.Only 50 meters from hotel to the Randa train station.The host is so nice and helpful and he can arrange taxi to Zermatt, which is cheaper than the train.

We had a great stay – the accommodation was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. A special thanks to our host for being so flexible with our check-in time and for the smooth, hassle-free communication throughout. After a long flight, it was exactly what we were looking for upon arriving in Switzerland. It really made all the difference!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. Thank you Hotel Daniella!

Everything was excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The location is right in the city center, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Truly a perfect stay!

Beautiful hotel, amazing kind staff who made our stay unforgettable. It was my girlfriends birthday and they even provided a little present. Probably the best hotel we ever stayed in (we have visited top hotels around the world). Ideal for skiing with wonderful ski room and amazing spa, outdoor pool with Matterhorn view etc. We will be back soon :)

Booking the right hotel has always been part of our travel itinerary. Schloss, Zermatt is definitely a must try. It is located just across the main train station, 3mins away from the gornegratt railway, 10mins away from sunnega blauherd station. The main road where everything is from shops, to restaurants, and grocery is just a couple of minutes away. The facilities are amazing with a heated pool, a spa, a big balcony, and a working fridge. Breakfast choices are more than enough and are real good. Plus all room booking include afternoon tea. The staff are lovely and courteous. This hotel is worth every penny.

Everything is perfect. The room is so amazing and makes me surprised! The staffs are so nice and friendly!Tell us many tips. We just stay only one day and we all think we should stay longer! We went to the mountains next morning and have no time to have nice breakfast. I texted the message on wazapp to the hotel. They prepared the breakfast for all of us so that we couldn take them to the train! We were so moving and appreciated! If we could go back here. I would definitely choose this hotel!

    Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

    I couldn't find the perfect word to describe this place. All I can say is wonderful! This place is located in the small town called "Randa" where you can take a train to Matterhorn. The cleanliness and room decoration was more superb than we think. Additionally, they have plenty of kitchenware which we can fully use when we stayed. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

    There is a super nice "snow place" just right beside the hotel. This hotel owner having some basic equipment for us to play in this "playground" and we are really having a great time to have a ski and make snow man. This hotel even has free access to Netflix in the room, without even asking to login to your own account. Prefect!!!

    The room was really cute and cosy. The view of Matterhorn from our balcony was breath taking. I booked this apartment particularly for my dad who wanted to visit Matterhorn. The neighbours were so nice. And Randa is just a 15 minute train ride from Zermatt.

    Wonderful place. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staying here feels like staying at a very good friend's house, really warmth hospitality and cozy place. Breakfast is sufficient. Super short walk to the train station at Randa.
