We had a comfortable stay at this location for 2 days. The location was perfect as it is just 20mins from Zermatt by train and just a minute’s walk from Randa train station. The rooms and facilities were excellent. The owner and staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

We had a great stay – the accommodation was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. A special thanks to our host for being so flexible with our check-in time and for the smooth, hassle-free communication throughout. The hotel seems brand new, parking spots can be reserved before arrival. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are big, family room consists of a single room with its own bathroom and a double room with its own bathroom as well. Beds are super comfortable and everything is new and functional. Rooms are towards the main street, but not too much traffic during the night. Breakfast was great as well as dinner. Short walk to the train station to go to Zermatt. They have a partner hotel in Zermatt and the guests are allowed to use the SPA facilities there as well.

It is nice new apartmenthotel with perfect location just few steps from train station and also from station of the Gornergrat railway. The room was very clean and spacious including also small but practical kitchenette. Breakfast was great. The welness area has 3 saunas, it was exeptionnaly clean and the water temperature in pool was 34°C - it was just amazing after the ski day.

    I couldn't find the perfect word to describe this place. All I can say is wonderful! This place is located in the small town called "Randa" where you can take a train to Matterhorn. The cleanliness and room decoration was more superb than we think. Additionally, they have plenty of kitchenware which we can fully use when we stayed. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

    There is a super nice "snow place" just right beside the hotel. This hotel owner having some basic equipment for us to play in this "playground" and we are really having a great time to have a ski and make snow man. This hotel even has free access to Netflix in the room, without even asking to login to your own account. Prefect!!!

    The room was really cute and cosy. The view of Matterhorn from our balcony was breath taking. I booked this apartment particularly for my dad who wanted to visit Matterhorn. The neighbours were so nice. And Randa is just a 15 minute train ride from Zermatt.
