We had a great stay – the accommodation was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. Amazing view of Matterhorn from our room balcony, room is cozy and warm. The staff help us upgrade the room so we have more big room and balcony. And our room WiFi can’t use the staff help us to solve it and offer us a drink in lobby, that is so nice. Although location is a bit far from station but you can ask them help you book a free cute taxi to hotel and station. The breakfast is very nice too. Definitely will back again!

    Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

    The apartment is well-outfitted, bed is comfortable-firm but that's how we like it. You can even see the Klein Matterhorn lying in bed through the window on a clear day. Enough space for a family with 2 small kids to eat, sleep. Bonus was the trampoline in the garden and some footballs the kids could enjoy. Katarina the host was easy to reach at all times.

    The location is great, it's essentially a step away from the Randa train station. Great place if you want to stay close to Zermatt. We are welcomed by good coffee, in the afternoon and in the morning.
