We were upgraded to a lovely room on the top floor with a balcony. We'd booked half board, and the dinners were excellent, as was the selection at breakfast. Two staff in particular deserve a special mention for their friendliness and good service, Lucas on the front desk, and Sofia in the dining room.

Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.

Personalized attention, a genuine willingness to assist, and constant availability made us feel truly cared for. We even got to know many staff members by name, like Pascal and Konstantinos, who were wonderful. The hotel itself is a one-of-a-kind retreat, offering a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and convenience. Its prime location, directly opposite the train station, makes exploring the city effortless, with easy access to transportation, including the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service throughout the day. The culinary experience was equally delightful, as we relished breakfast and lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, under the direction of a new Italian chef. The exquisite dishes brought us immense pleasure and left a lasting impression

Beautiful location (easily accessed by train), for one. My room was huge and spotlessly clean, and the water pressure in the shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Free minibar too, which is always a bonus! Naturally I slept well in such a peaceful location. When I left, the staff member was somewhat taken aback I wasn't staying for breakfast (I had a train to catch) and insisted upon bagging up some pastries and a drink for the journey. Excellent service all round - I'd love to return again when I visit Switzerland.

Lovely little hotel about a 15 minutes drive from Arosa. We stayed there as a family of 4 with 2 double rooms (opposite each other). The rooms were very clean and spacious for our needs of 1 night. There is a restaurant on site with delicious swiss food. It was also children friendly, with colouring books pens, books etc to keep them entertained. The staff were also very friendly, nice breakfast too. Highly recommend.

Hotel was absolutely perfect…location amazing…atmosphere to match. When we arrived the host (Joseph) was waiting for us and allowed us to park the motorcycles in the garage. From the moment we arrived until we left all made us feel welcome. One of the locals “Hitch” even took us for a tour of the village.

Traditional gasthouse. super clean and well kept small hotel high up in a small village. If you don't like high places - this is not for you. Dog frendly. Rooms are direct from the 80's but in a positive retro way. Super nice staff. Good breakfast.
