It’s an amazing house, with amazing restaurant and very good breakfast - in one of the most surreal settings you can imagine :). The lovely gorge, the peace, the dramatic water views - with a lovely building setup and impeccable service. Just make sure you are comfortable with the exact location.

The location, the staff, cleanliness, the arrangement of the premises - everything was perfect! We did not have breakfast there but cooked ourselves. The convenience store on the premises is also great to buy everything you need. They were super responsive and friendly to us. The natural pool/swimming area is so peaceful. The restaurant/bar in the evening was great - we had wine while kids played with many games on the tables. It is a real family place owned and managed by a family (I think - they looked like a family at least :) )

Very cozy hotel. It is located at a walking distance from the railway station (I would say ten-fifteen minutes). Anyway, the bus stop is not far (one-two minute walking). The city centre begins immediately after the street, even if the core part is at five minute walking. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. Rooms are accessible by stairs and elevator. I did appreciate the view on the castle, the light, the new furniture, and, above all, the cleanness. There is a buffet continental breakfast, with an automatic coffea-cappuccino-chocolate machine. I would only suggest a couple of further sweet options (cakes), but this is not a complaint (just a suggestion). I would definetely choose this hotel for future stayings. Congratulations to the whole staff!

My Unforgettable Vacation. The location was perfect for everything where the main train station was far to hotel only 7 minutes away also city center is located in 7 minutes an away while Neuchâtel Lake was far only 11 minutes away. From the moment I stepped into the cozy lobby of the hotel, I knew my vacation was destined for perfection. The air carried a hint of excitement, and the warm smiles from the staff welcomed me like old friends. As I settled into my room, the soft bed embraced me, and the view from the window revealed a picturesque landscape that seemed straight out of a dream. Each morning, I woke up to the gentle rustling of leaves outside my window and aromatic coffee—it was a feast fit for royalty. The days unfolded seamlessly. I explored lot of museums, journey cruise, free transport and many free other things from free card of hotel. The hotel staff anticipated my every need. They recommended local gems—a charming café tucked away in an alley, a cliffside lake viewpoint that stole my breath. Their attention to detail made me feel cherished. As I write this review, I’m filled with gratitude. My vacation was not just a getaway; it was a soul-nourishing experience. The hotel became my haven—a cocoon of comfort and luxury. I left with a heart full of memories, promising to return someday. Thank you, dear hotel, for weaving magic into my days. You turned a simple vacation into an enchanting chapter of my life. Until we meet again, I’ll carry your warmth with me, like a hidden treasure.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hôtel de France. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. My room was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the high standard of cleanliness. The breakfast was good and satisfying. The location is excellent — close to everything in the city, which made it very convenient for getting around. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again!
