The hot tub works great is very hot and is so relaxing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The setting is very quiet even facing the main road .

I have an issue with the washroom cleaness of the apt.313 and Roy who was at the Reception was very kind and very efficient and quick to solve it👏👏 I really appreciate that. Good job Roy! The beds were very comfortable and the size of the room and of the apartment too. Good to have coffee or tea every morning at the lobby. I want to thanks because we were a big family coming from Lima, Perú attending my niece's wedding and asked to be in the same floor or very close one from each other...and you did it Thanks a Lot!

everything was superb. Really enjoyed the facilities and the bed was the best I have ever slept in. However I had serious problems that I won’t elaborate on till I have investigated more what went wrong. If I came out and just gave my observation and opinion it would be predudicial without proof.
