We went on a Monday, and many of the restaurants and pubs were closed, but there were a few options. We ate at the Japanese restaurant, they had alot of different option.The food was delicious and the service was great. The town is spotless. Cute little town. Lillooet is a unique fairly isolated community nestled along side the Fraser River. The scenery is remarkable with steep coastal mountains. Drive from Lillooet to Pemberton is beautiful but the road is very windy and has quite steep portions but worth the drive. Everything you need is on site with a lovely restaurant attached open 7 days. We had a wonderful breakfast there. The pub also on the site was very friendly and welcoming and we spent a lovely evening sitting on the outside patio just looking at the mountains. They would not refund and wanted me to cancel it on my app. The hotel increased prices of the rooms.
