Access codes are sent beforehand so you’re able to quickly head in and begin your stay without faffing about in a lobby queue waiting to check in. This is the wave of the future for travellers who prefer a streamlined process and getting on with their holiday rather than facing more delays. Communication is excellent. The rooms are simply but beautifully decorated. Very practical layout in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Wifi connection is excellent. The hotel is conveniently located for shops and eateries. Would absolutely stay here again if we’re visiting the area in the future!

Small town that's fun to visit when the weather is right.
Small town that's fun to visit when the weather is right. We had a rainy day - not much to do indoors, especially last minute. There's a cinema that had 2 movies in the evening, and one bowling alley. We enjoyed the walking trail near the water that brings you to a few local shops (coffee, gift shop, secondhand books, etc.), restaurant Pronto and drove to Charlo for the beach area. It’s close to Sugarloaf, it’s comfortable and modern, it’s affordable and it’s pet friendly. The reception staff gave us a ground floor room with a patio door to make it easier to take the dog in and out. There’s a great breakfast, too.
