Owner was so lovely! Room was very clean and spacious. Shuttle in the morning to the airport was great! Try and find the hotel email/mobile number via google to be able to contact them prior to arrival. Issues with booking.com messages being received. They can collect from the Q8 petrol station, just need to let them know.

nice bed and facilities, coffee and tea available for small additional fee, the best (really) staff - thank you Jeremy! two water bottles in the fridge were included, as well as airport transfer, plus Netflix - what more do you need to rest a bit before early morning flight?

Very professional staff helps you with everything. Great location right next to the Charleroi Centraal railway station and airport bus stop. Also next to a big shopping mall so it was easy to do some last-minute shopping! We found the hotel offering very good value for money. The rooms are small but I have seen smaller ones, and we were still able to accomodate 3 luggage and 2 backpacks without problems. Also the view is pretty nice in the evening with all the Christmas lights (we had a riverside view). Very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water was all we needed after a 12 hour flight. The receptionist truly saved our day by finding us a room with earlier check-in. The only thing I would suggest is to get a small minibar for the rooms!
