Very friendly and helpful staff. Whenever and whatever we asked them, they always responded with a smile and gave us the feeling of being welcomed. The room was fantastic and the breakfast very good. The hotel itself is located close to all main attractions, so it was very easy to visit the museums and monuments we were interested in. I can fully recommend this hotel.

Eclectic decoration in all the rooms puts this hotel miles ahead of any standard “Holiday Inn”. Despite our really short stay, the staff did everything above and beyond to make sure we optimised our time and had a great trip. All the major sights are within 10-20 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Location: 5 minutes from the international bus stop (FlixBus), 18 minutes walking from the city center (main square), near Dimont Quartal and the railway station. The room was clean, with perfumed soap and shampoo, a teapot, and comfortable beds. We stayed on the first floor with a view of a concrete wall—not spectacular, but safe (hotel’s private area). Breakfast was standard: all the essentials for sandwiches, juice/coffee, fruit, omelet, and stewed vegetables.
