Muscles and fries are the typical dish here and lots of restaurants offer it. Chocolates and pralines can be bought at each corner. There are also a lot of bakeries offering waffles. I've always loved Brussels and have visited the city many times in the past. I've lived and worked there, too, so have developed a fondness for the place and its surroundings. Although it can get busy at times, it never feel s 'too hectic' and it's easy to escape the bustle quickly, even in the city, by walking through side streets filled with great Baroque, Art Deco and Art Nouveau architecture or going to a nearby park. As with many large cities it has it's fair share of attractions (Grand Place, Atomium), great museums, art galleries, restaurants, cafes, shops and other amenities.Guest review byAzharUnited Kingdom
