Have dinner at the Tathra Pub as it's a family friendly, modern and scenic venue. The coffee at Wild Orchid Cafe brings me back everyday

friendly staff, amazing view! breath taking views! all the facilities one could want and need. A sleepy little haven unpopulated and not over commercialised. Tathra offered everything you need without the Bussel.

Not lots of places to eat but what there is are nice.
Not lots of places to eat but what there is are nice. You can easily walk around the town at the beach but there is a hill if you want to head to the pub on the headland. Nice place to relax and unwind!

Tathra is a lovely small township catering mainly for the tourist trade.
Plenty to see and do if your style is outdoor activity. Great surfing beaches and walks. Some Historical sights worth a trip to see.

I was very surprised to see that very few shops were open at the weekend, especially as, Tathra appeared to have a lot of visitors from out of town. I thought the park was an excellent area for the children and was very appealing.

The people of Tathra seemed much more friendly than at other stops along the coast. It has kept its simple country town appeal yet still has the top quality coffee shops and pubs to spoil yourself in. The coastline is unmatched for beauty

Incredibly nice camp ground in Tathra, just a little walk outside the town, the glamping tent was lovely and had everything we could need, tea, coffee, fan, heater, electric blankets, nice bed. Place was immaculately clean as well, cleanest bathroom I’ve seen at a camp ground! Food stations all very clean and fire pits all set up was a nice touch

Tathra Beach House Apartments is a little piece of heaven. Travelling with a toddler and a baby we needed a bit of home away from home to enjoy our weekend away and that’s what it gave. A koi pond that my toddler was allowed to feed the fish. A pool and spa to relax around. Wildlife spotting in the gardens around the property was a bonus.

Gorgeous setting, offered an upgrade from motel to hotel, absolutely worth it. Great room with 180 degree view of the ocean and we even saw whales from the balcony

The site was well-managed and everyone very friendly. The location was excellent, with easy access to Tathra and Bega, and very peaceful. The take away breakfast from CJs was very good and good value for money.

Cabin stay was peaceful. Cabin is narrow but ok for a night. Full sized fridge is handy. Comfortable bed. The Tathra Hotel has fantastic meals and excellent service.
