We had a great weekend at Rosebeach. It was light and comfortable with interesting decor. Our little grand daughter loved the play equipment in the backyard and called our accom the Park House. The kitchen and bathroom were nicely renovated. We had everything we needed and everything worked! We would definitely choose Rosebeach again and recommend it to others.

The beach is why I went to rosebud everything else can be found anywhere. The weather was lovely. Shoes off and ready for grounding. There’s nothing like being in the water it does the world of good.

While staying at Rosebud it's within reasonable distance to many interesting places. Nothing is more than an 30 minute drive. Sorrento is really nice with good shopping and eating options and of course the beach. Red Hill is good with it's choices of wineries to experience. We really enjoyed The Green Olive winery, beautiful grounds and family friendly. We ate at the Rosebud Hotel, always good value and plenty to chose from. Another night we went to Nora's restaurant in Rye. Only a short drive and the pasta was amazing.

Spa has been removed but signage still left on back door, disappointing. *Positives are nice new modern bathrooms,lots of utensils,/crockery etc,comfortable beds. Negatives- Too pricey for what we got,it was in the middle of Suburbia which a car was needed to go to shops. No welcome pack or milk for a cuppa on arrival. All Toilet roll holders not added. No insulation very noisy upstairs for bottom bedroom sleepers. Outdoor setting old tarnished & torn seats. Buffet cabinet no drawer handles,found in top dry but won’t stay in holes. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Absolutely nothing against the Motel admin staff but...

Absolutely nothing against the Motel admin staff but security is a big thing in accomodation nowadays. We experienced no one available on site OR contactable by phone in any way or form. The whole scenario was frightening.

It was a wonderful location.

It was a wonderful location. The apartment was very clean and tidy and everything that was outlined in the promotional. The balcony was large and had beach front views. The car parking was under the building with easy access to the apartment and all facilities. I would highly recommend this apartment.

One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard...

One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard with high risers, cheap apartment style accommodation and a Big Mac/Hungry Jack or KFC on every corner. Beautiful restaurants, clean uncrowded beaches, beautiful water to wade/swim in and still close enough to all of the stunning attractions the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. A good one to add for the quick getaway or after the crowds have gone back to school.

Very convenient location. Easy to access the keys upon arrival. A very neat, tidy and well presented unit that met all of our expectations. We enjoyed a really lovely 2-night get away with our toddler before our new baby arrived, exploring the local Arthur’s Seat chairlift, the hedge maze and the Rosebud waterfront. And despite the weather being miserable, the accomodation was so comfortable and cosy for the times we decided not to venture out and instead stay in to play games and watch tv:)

Comfortable and cosy, family friendly house in a nice quiet street and close to the beach and shops. We loved that the house had so much natural light so that it never felt gloomy even though the weather during our stay wasn't great. Short stroll to the Rosebud Hotel. Provided a great base from which to explore the Peninsula. Our dog loved the safely fenced backyard.

Love the location and the facilities of the home, made for a very enjoyable stay and my sisters dog 🐕 was welcome and had a safe place to stay while we went out exploring the many things right at our fingertips. The room is very clean and spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. There is also decent crockery and cutlery for two. Whenever we stay are Rosebud, that is our 'go-to' motel. It is close to the shops and the beach is over the road.
