The location is the center of the quaint town of Wallsee. We had a lovely walk down to the river and around the castle (which isn't open to the public). There is a supermarket across the street, a bakery next door and a lovely restaurant with nice decor and good food right in the hotel. For cyclists (like us) they have a garage to store the bikes.
