Here a really good location. We travel by car, the parking place have a hotel and also have a few parking place in a underground parking (3 minutes for a walk). Nice and comfortable room. and a big area on the first floor for cooking and eating if you want. The lake view is't here, because hotel in the middle of other hotels. Mountain view is here. The photo on booking lakeview is not a true (if for you is really impotent this). In a room you found a HAPPY BOOK (for us is really good name for this) - where is a really all info, distination, price, recommend, all thing to make you stay interesting and comfortable!!! Here a lot of fashion shops, supermarket and good restaurants. Good for addicts of bicycles, walking, and of cause photografie.

A heartfelt and well-deserved shout-out to Viktoria for her outstanding dedication and exceptional service! Her kindness and commitment went far beyond our expectations. My wife accidentally left her pouch, containing all her lipsticks, at the hotel, and we only realized it after arriving in another city. Everything was perfect Staff: We were greeted by very friendly staff who was fluent in English. She went the extra mile by cooridinating with the Mondsee tourist information centre to get our Salzkammergut card. She helped us check-in even though we were a few hours early. Because we were early, she wasn't able to show us the hotel and its facilities, but they do offer that when you arrive, a great personal touch not many hotels do. We actually returned to the hotel much later in the evening and we didn't want to bother the staff, who we think was a waiter from the restaurant. The staff that waited during breakfast were fantastic as well. Room/Facilities: With only 8 rooms (5 in the "floor" we're on), it felt very exclusive. Everything still feels very new. The only noise you'll hear from your room is the water on the lake. The room was massive and the bed is similar (if not actually) to a king size bed. The pool and sauna was very nice after a long day of sight seeing. You are able to get into the lake from the sauna facility (you will have to navigate through some stairs). They also have nuts, candy and flavoured water in the hall for you to take throughout the day, great little detail. The breakfast was...wow...the spread was insane. Cold cuts, salmon, all sorts of bread, cake, pastry, yogurt and cereal that you can customize yourself, eggs/bacon/ham/omelette freshly made at your request. Cannot stress how amazing the breakfast was... Ambiance/Vibe: The view of the lake as you enter the hotel was stunning, especially when it's sunny. There is a very chilled and relaxed vibe with this hotel and their restaurant. It didnt feel like it's just a place for you to crash after a long day of sight-seeing. The other thing we very much enjoyed was the fact that most patrons of the hotel and restaurant were german speaking. We felt out of place, in a good way.

Such a nice acommodation, very kind people, very generous parking & very clean rooms. Exactly what you need for a short pit-stop in Mondsee. You can take the bus or walk to the closest shop or to the lake. Being next to the town makes it quiet and surrounded by nice scenery. Truly relaxing.

The location was a little further from the town centre than we had expected and had we not been able to make use (with the unfailing help of the family members and the staff at the town Tourist Information Office) of the excellent Post Bus Shuttle service, without a car it would have been difficult to get around.

Amazing stay, incredibly nice staff. We even got free coffe and hot chocolate. We only stayed one night but despite arriving late we tried more things than we would elsewhere in a week !? Did a late night training in gym room and went to 24/7 sauna with cozy relax zone. Our room even had a salt light. They really go above and beyond for their guests, did not think someone could surprise us that much after all the booked accomodations we tried over years.
