I was traveling alone with my two young children. We had a wonderful time staying here. The breakfast was copious and delicious. We also dined at one of the restaurants. The service and the food were beyond our expectations. I would also like to thank the front desk ladies, Angelika and Nellie. They were super friendly and welcoming. We will certainly be coming back to visit in the near future.

The Interalpen hotel was an enchanting discovery, the location, the facilities, the rooms, the service, the views, the professional and nice staff, the kids club, the wellness space and the SPA, the buffet during breakfast, and of course the dining experience in the Michelin starred restaurant, all of it and more made our stay memorable. We had an amazing time! The room is very spacious and clean. The hotel is easy accessible from the highway. They have a sauna, witch is very nice. And a restaurant with good food. The garage is at an extra cost. The parking is free not far from the hotel. The breakfast is good. Almost the same in everyday. For us it was not a problem.

I’m particularly impressed for the new environment of the hotel and also the friendliness of the staff. The staff team is highly professional, the welcome drinks are nice and the hotel is generous. I would like to highlight to the hotel management for a staff serving at the dinner called Alexander who is a young officer. He is very cheerful, professional and patient while serving all the tables as my friends and I observe. He is natural and knowledgable while introducing the wines and dishes to the patrons. He chatted with the patrons with smiles and as friends with them. He worths to be trained with extra efforts for the future of the hotel.

We were, in fact, the only guests on the night. We were welcomed like we old friends. Although the restaurant was closed on the night we arrived, Veronica told us about a lovely Pizzaria in Town which was fantastic. A special hotel in our eyes and we will stay again when in the area.

    The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the facilities that I needed (though if I was being really pedantic it would have been nice to have had a kettle (not just a coffee maker); also a pair of scissors !) Rietz seemed a genuine alpine village with painted houses and cows (complete with cowbells) in the fields nearby. Yet it was also well connected to Innsbruck and other Tirol attractions by hourly trains (that even ran right through the night at weekends).

    A beautiful and rustic hotel with modern features in the quiet and peaceful town of Rietz. The staff are amazing and very friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Thanks, Susanna and Michele! Breakfast was delicious, the hotel and room were clean and comfortable. I'll definitely stay again when I visit.

    Lovely place to stay the night, the hotel is in traditional Tirol style. The staff is absolutely lovely. Amazing breakfast and really nice atmosphere. We’re really friendly to my dog as well and the room size is very large and comfortable, very convenient with late check in as well

    Everything was great. Hotel is clean, nicely organised, staff is nice and helpful, good breakfast 🥞 . It is a bit far from restaurants but with the car it is easy to reach them. Also pet friendly, which was important for us 🐈
