Excellent accommodation, 5 min from Zell am See, 3 min from Kaprun by car, ski bus stop opposite the property. Excellent SPA center with swimming pool, sauna and steam bath, hygiene in the entire facility is excellent. Ski room and storage space for skis and ski boots with heaters. Large and nicely arranged studio apartments 50m/k. An ideal place between two ski centers that can be reached quickly and easily. Free parking is provided in front of the building itself. Good breakfast at the hotel. We will definitely come again.

Absolutely superb holiday ! We stayed for 2 weeks and without doubt it was one of the best holidays we have ever had, the property, the location and the scenery were all fantastic. The apartment is on a small working dairy farm, is very well decorated and equipped with a nice layout. We loved the peaceful outdoor area with wonderful views of the mountains. Markus and his family were brilliant hosts and extremely helpful and full of good suggestions of places to visit, walks to go on and places to eat. Markus is a also a local mountain guide and even though we are experienced walkers we went on one of his guided walks which was superb. Piesendorf is a lovely little place with 2 good restaurant/bars, shops and a bakery :) It is much more peaceful and relaxing than nearby Kaprun or Zell, and you can easily get to anywhere that you want to near by.

Super grateful for very late night booking acceptance (after previous booking was last minute canceled/missing at our arrival from different host). The apartment was nice and clean in quiet neighborhood in Piesendorf. Approx 15 minutes by car from Kitzsteinhorn ski center. Great restaurant approx 10 minutes walk from the property, 500m from the the shop.

Although we were last to book, we had a terrific room with every facility. Quiet comfortable room with lift access straight to the car park Dinner was superb and breakfast was even better if that’s possible. Every imaginable food was provided.

    Great authentic Austrian building with space to spare. Don't expect modern but this adds to the charm of the place. Property was well equipped with everything that we needed. Easy parking and access to the building. All conveniences close by or a short drive away. Stunning views from the balcony and all round great place to stay.

    A place with beautiful views and easy access from the main...

    A place with beautiful views and easy access from the main road, close to ski slopes, but you need a car to get there. Breakfast was in the room, but dinner was out at diverse restaurants. You can eat at a local restaurant, very friendly and good food or in Zell am See where we found a lot of different types of restaurants. Piesendorf is easy to walk through and this is one part that I liked that you can walk even during the winter time in fresh air and you can stop at the café/bakery for a cake and a coffee and enjoy the local little village atmosphere. it was great! During the day you can ski, walk or just seat in the cafe. Its great!

    We had a wonderful, two night stay at the Piesendorf Hutte,...

    We had a wonderful, two night stay at the Piesendorf Hutte, located at the top of Zell am See ski resort. The staff and guests were friendly, and we had a lovely time staying on top of the mountain. The place was remote and comfortable, a chance to get away from the city and be high up in the mountains. Everything was better than we hoped for. It is not a luxury resort, but we were seeking a unique place with charm and character. We would go back and recommend to other sporty types.

    The staff were very helpful and smiling all the time. Location is great you can reach most activities in one hour time or less than that. The building is new and has most of the needs to the family and our stay. The noise which was in behind ingoing building and constructions it wakes us up little bit earlier than our planned time. Also the restaurant is super active and visitors were so louds till late night time with no control from hotel management as they leave at 4pm. Location of the apartments is nearby town celebration hall during our stay and was annoying our peaceful nights! Most of the disfaction about the NOISE!

    Everything was perfect from the reservation after check-out. Appreciate online check-in to safe time during arrival to Aparthotel. The equipment and accommodation are just perfect. Very modern, full of wood, and really comfortable. There is a nice swimming pool outside but warm to 24 with a sauna = which was super relaxing after skying. Owners are very sympathetic people with pro clients approach. Prosseco and Bier as the welcome drink was really nice after 6 hours of riding. One of the best places we have ever visited.
