Everything. Beautiful hotel, stylish and clean. Amazing location with stunning views and a pond with fairy lights around. A relaxing beer garden at the front with tables under mature deciduous trees. Huge terrace with fantastic views of the snow-capped peaks. Quiet location but close to the Landeck town. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. So much attention to detail. Great food and ice cream desserts. Friendly and welcoming staff. Many beautiful walks and a swim lake very close to the hotel. Sitting area in the room and, of course, outstanding view from the balcony.

When we arrived, first of all, the host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time. Secondly, he pleasantly surprised us with gifts in the form of various drinks! As for the apartment itself – it's very spacious, bright, and located right in the center of Landeck. We often took walks nearby, and there are small local farm shops close to the house, which is also great. For those who enjoy sports, there's a gym that's free for guests. Overall, it’s an awesome place – I highly recommend this accommodation!

The location was excellent right beside the lift towards Fiss. The rooms had nice view. The wellness facilities, sauna and hammam, were clean, quiet end of top quality. Breakfast area had a view to the snowed mountains. Last but not least, the staff. They were very helpful always with answers to our questions and with solutions to our enquiries.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. There is a large relaxation area. There is a separate area where you can get body and facial massages and other treatments for an extra charge. The hotel tries to organise additional entertainment for its guests, so that every evening is not a boring one. There is a bar area where you can sit with company during the day and in the evening, have a tasty drink or an extra snack. There is enough space for parking. The owner and staff of the hotel go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. Andrea (the lovely soul behind the business) is an outstanding host! I had to check in much earlier than check in time and she made it happen, i had to extend my stay last minute for another night, no problem.

Despite not being in central Austria, there is much to see and do in and around Landeck. Castle, cable-car, waterfalls etc. Close to Alpine villages such as Lech and St Anton. Landeck also has an international railway station giving access to many routes.

What can I say - stayed here a couple of times previously - it is a motorcycle themed hotel and my 3 friends were blown away by the standards of rooms/food/bar and facilities. Special shout out to Piestri - the barman who always had a smile and a drink ready !
