Breakfast exceeds expectations, in fact too much choice. Proper tea in a tea pot in Austria what could be better. The host was lovely. Maybe they could capitalise on their location by telling mountain bikers of the facilities. Loved the chickens!

The best is the location as it is near the park, the lake and Minimunds. Everything is a walk away and the time spent there was truly more than a home feeling. Safe, positive and welcoming surroundings. The stay at the hotel was great. The room size is exactly how room with two small kids needs to be so that they can feel free and the staff at the hotel was amazing. Last but not least, the breakfast was one of a kind. Everything tasted great. The variety was huge and diverse but then again local.

The hotel is really nice, clean and rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and were very kind in providing all the needed information. The location is also nice, still close to the town, however reachable probably only by car. Huge benefit is the free car parking.
