Very nice hotel, the staff was great and the food as well. Quiet and peaceful. The area is a bit off, but it was perfect for us that wanted to walk around. The Swimmingpool area is 5 mins walk away and had both a good pool, a water slide, some green grass with shade and great prices for lunch (3-9 euros for Pommes or Pommes/nuggets). Dinner was really nice, a good variation and well tasting. Do take a hike up to Gamshütte over the day, it was amazing, especially with rain and heavy thunder, quite the experience. Been to Austria a few times before but this hotel was really our favourite so far.

Service was above any expectations, the hotel is actually operated by the owner family who are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cousy and well equipped. SPA area clean covenient and not crowded. Everything and everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Food was very good especially dinner. We liked the stay a lot and would easily recommend to anyone wanting to stay in an authentic Austrian hotel.

All excellent, I am looking forward to coming back. Warm atmosphere, feels like you are at home or something. The staff is the best. Very clean and modern rooms and just the whole hotel; outstanding breakfast, lunch, and dinner like in a fancy restaurant, very tasty (even steaks and seafood a couple of times); not too many people; very close to the ski elevators; nice and free spa area. The owner is a winner of the Olympic Games, very friendly, actively participates in everything, even took all the guests once for skiing as a group together (I suppose he does it every week). With this hotel you get a discount at a nearby ski rent shop, and they also can give you a skipass right at the reception. Also nice that they don't force you to pay for everything every day, like for drinks. You can pay the total bill in the end, which some hotels fail to offer.

The lady who owns the Hotel is a wonderful person, you rarely meet such kind people as her. She was like a Mary Poppins, whenever we asked for something she fulfilled it immediately. The whole team was helpful. The hotel is close to the Alps, the view is very beautiful, the air is pleasant, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I gladly recommend it.

    We enjoyed the opportunity to visit different valleys around Finkenberg depending on the weather. Heavy cloud, rain (and snow above 2000m) prevented us going very high, but the forests and river walks were beautiful.

    Like heaven l like every thing, clean rooms, new furniture, panoramic and wonderful view from balcony, central area, very kind owner the mother with her son. Sure l will come back and I highly recommend. Also the breakfast was nice.

    Superbly convenient location for skiing.

    Superbly convenient location for skiing. But Mayrhofen is only a 9 minutes' bus ride away, and it is itself directedly connected to the skiing area by two big cable cars, so staying there is a serious, realistic option.

    We had a wonderful trip to Zillertal. Our stay at Haus Alexandra was perfect. The location was great, in the heart of the area but also on a quiet street. The apartment was spacious, with two bathrooms and plenty of storage space. The underfloor heating was great, especially in the winter. The fast Wi-Fi was also a big plus. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. They prepared fresh pastries for us and cleared the snow around our car every day. They also arranged a 10% discount on our ski passes.

    This hotel will stay in our memory forever. The view from the window was absolutely stunning, and the sound of the river nearby was so calming. The room had a bathtub, a kettle, a fridge, and a full set of dishes and utensils (knives, forks, spoons), plus dish soap. The Wi-Fi was great, and there was convenient free parking. The family who runs the place greeted us with warm smiles — they were truly wonderful.

    Best value for money! The location in Finkenberg is fine..10 min walk to the lift. The friendly hosts couldn’t do enough for us, even our last minute request for a late check out was not an issue. The accommodation is basic but it’s clean warm and cozy.

    Wonderful location, excellent food (both breakfast and dinner), view from room, although we didn't have time to watch tv but it was the biggest tv I have seen in any hotel room! 86 inches.. :)
