I had a short vacation trip with my wife and kids. We booked a big family room on the 4th floor. As far as I understood all big rooms are on the top, 4th floor. Kirovakan It's a newly renovated hotel, with spectacular views from the rooms, friendly staff, and a good location. The hotel is on the hill, so you get a panoramic mountain/city view of the valley. The hostess was so kind and arranged for us (4 people total) a transfer from Yerevan at a good price. The Driver, Gamlet, told a lot of stories and gave us some useful local tips. He even invites us to visit church service with his family (it was Easter), but unfortunately, we had to opt out, as we were tired from the long road. So, generally, nothing to complain about, friendly staff, good people, amazing nature, and quality food. If we somehow get back to Vanadzor, we'll definitely stay in the hotel again. PS. The mattress was very good. I slept like a log

The building is well planned and built, and very clean. The staff is polite and helpful, though not everybody is fluent with English. There are great hiking areas nearby, with churches and birds, and the climate is much cooler in the summer than Yerevan and its surroundings. And not too many tourists - a great place for summer holiday. The city is very actively polishing itself. This may become a major attraction in 10 years. Go now before the masses find it!

It was a very beautiful property we spent all day walking around and enjoying the facilities offered. They have very friendly staff and the breakfast was great ! The owner was also very helpful with everything and also gave us a their local tea as a farewell gift. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I loved spending time in the beautiful garden with the pool and hammock. The bathroom was big and had a great shower. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the center of Vanadzor. And I must say, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! 😊

One of those rare places I would definitely return to! The rooms were cozy and exceptionally clean, the hospitality was warm and genuine, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The view from the window and balcony opened up to a breathtaking forest landscape, with fresh, clean air all around. The area was spacious and perfect for unwinding. And a special mention goes to Mrs. Armine’s homemade breakfast – simply the best! A truly wonderful place for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended!
