This place is absolutely unique in Armenia: a modern, bright and comfortable house built alone in the mountains, well equipped with all necessary for comfortable weekend. Warm, cozy, with a perfect countryside view through full-height windows. Needless to say, wifi was good, bathrooms was clean. Many thanks to the host!

It's a family business. The owner was very friendly and hosted a bonfire with complimentary wine, cognac and some snacks. Breakfast was a spread we could not even attempt to finish. The room is modern and absolutely beautiful.

Wonderful place, we spent 2 nights here with our 4 years old daughter. The pool is amazing and there is a direct access to the lake. I would recommend this place for young people without kids, however we enioyed it very much. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is excellent. The tent is very comfortable, with huge bed, AC and refigerator.

This is a very nice house, you have your own privacy. Everything works well there. Hosts is nice and have good communication. Taxi is not so expensive so don't worry about the distance to Ijevan. There is your own kitchen and bathroom. I recommend it, I had a nice time there. WiFi works well so you can work good also

A clean and cozy house with everything you may need. The place is rather quiet. There is a fire pit next to the house. The host is very friendly. There is a nearby stable that belongs to the host, and he can arrange horseback riding tours in the mountains. I would love to stay here for another day.

The location is perfect for those seeking peace and beautiful views of nature. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. There’s a great place for BBQ, and the sauna was a fabulous addition to the relaxing experience. Fun doggo comes in a bonus package.
