The location is just amazing. The view from the rooms are spotless. The little poll is perfect for children. The are plenty of sunbeds next to the see, making it easy to find a quite spot to relax next to the see. The “half moon” with music and non fire makes a memorable spot for a drink in the evening. The staff a very friendly and helpful and do everything to make your stay comfortable

Our recent accommodation booking was truly special, thanks in large part to the incredibly gracious female owner of the house. Despite the language barrier, her warmth and hospitality shone through. She prepared the most delicious breakfasts that made us feel right at home. The room was comfortable, and the overall experience was made even more memorable by her kindness. It was a really charming, clean, cosy and modern apartment. It was located in a really quiet village, close to the sea and nature. The view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was bigger than we thought, so we had a lot of room as a couple. The hosts were really friendly and flexible. They even cleaned the apartment in the middle of our stay (free of charge). All facilities were there; a small grocery store and a bakery, a really nice restaurant, ... The beach (Qeparo beach) was a 10 minutes walk through big trees and was also really quiet (even in high season) and beautiful. There were also toilets, umbrellas (paying, but not necessary to use) and bars/restaurants.

The property was clean and well maintained.It’s perfect for families especially if you have a young child as you have all the facilities that you need from washing machine to kitchen appliances.Tha area was very quiet and close to everything.Beach was 5-10’ minutes drive market was 5’ minute walk.I’m very happy for the choice that we make to stay there for our holidays.Highly recommend this place.

Exceptional people Ms. Ksanthipi and her two children Nikkos and Konstantina. Hard working people, very hospitable, friendly and very responsive to any demands. Nikkos was so kind to help us carry all our stuff. We were very lucky with this booking. The house was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable, basically a new house. We were the third guests staying at their place. Location right by the sea. The view is stunning. It couldn't get any better than this. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hosts that were so lovely and helpful. Helped carrying our luggage, welcomed us with a bottle of wine, served delicious breakfast... And the apartment has an amazing view and you are (with a car) close to many beautiful beaches and coastal hikes. Also easy to park your car there.

    Qeparo is a charming little village with a lovely "shetitore" (promenade) perfect for evening walks along the beach. The village stretches along the coast, offering breathtaking views and crystal-clear waters, though you'll need to walk a few steps to reach the shore. We had no trouble finding a sunbed without reservations, and the food was delicious and fairly priced—highly recommend restaurants Poseidon and Te Stefi! The only downside was the lack of trash bins along the promenade, which left the walking path a bit messy. This is definitely an area that could be improved. Overall, a peaceful, beautiful spot with great food and friendly vibes.

    A great base if you have a car to visit other places. We drove down to Sarande and Ksamil. Both really enjoyable. Make an effort to drive up to "Old Queparo" in the mountains. It's only a few minutes drive but a different world in a practically abandoned village with just a handful of residents but a wonderful bar/restaurant ! The monastary behind Borch is also worth the climb. It was just us and the goats that live inside. Brilliant.

    We loved it here.

    We loved it here. The village was authentic and the people were friendly. It was so laid back. If you want a room, beach days and great food, stay at the old bakery, spend your days on the beach and eat at the veranda in the evenings . We wished that we would have booked for longer

    Qeparo, on the Albanian Riviera, offers a charming coastal vibe that feels untouched compared to other Albanian beach towns. The views from the old village are stunning, especially at sunset, and the clear waters at the beach were perfect for swimming. I dined at a cozy local restaurant right by the sea, which served fresh seafood and traditional Albanian dishes—worth a visit. I came across Qeparo while browsing AlbaniaVisit.com, a website I discovered while searching for authentic places to explore in Albania. Getting around was manageable, though the winding roads can be tricky if you're not used to mountain driving. I'd avoid peak season (August) on my next visit, as it got a bit crowded. Overall, Qeparo is a lovely spot to unwind and soak up authentic Albanian charm.

    Tiny town but has everything you need may need, restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, Bakery and nice beach. Part of th Beach is private and there is also public beach. Tricky to move walking as there is one main road full of cars without pedestrian path. No ATM and in most of the places you need pay by cash.

    Not necessarily the most charming place, due to the random development, traffic and lots of rubbish (no recycling). Upper Qeparo, on the other hand, is a beautiful village with lovely olive groves and stone houses (albeit most of them abandoned).
