Modern hotel. Everything cleanly maintained. The staff are kind and polite. Manager Edona, a young lady, puts customer satisfaction as the first thing. This is a family-run hotel. Madam Edona's cousin, a young gentleman, that works too at the hotel, is also a tourist guide and a very good driver. According to the availability of time, he would kindly offer transport services to the hotel customers in need. The hotel serves a decent, healthy breakfast.

Everything is modern, clean, comfortable, all facilities and amenities were top quality (cooker fridge washing machine) the shower had a brilliant powerful hot shower. Attention to detail on all finishes the hotel is luxurious. There is parking in front of the hotel and its all secure and safe! The family who run the hotel are hospitable, so kind, helpful, they took care of everything. I really like how hospitable the family was and made our stay that more comfortable and special. Very helpfull and kind staff. Very Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Breakfast was also great and tasty. We are definitely gonna go back to this hotel if we stay in Kukes again.
