I could let you know how wonderful the bed was, how shiny and clean everything was, how good the food was, etc., etc., etc. but what was overly exceptional about Sofra Kolonjare were the people. From the moment we pulled up until the very last moment we drove away we were taken in as family. Our experience here was like no other and will remain in our hearts and memories until we return again.

Sofra is a special place in the region and the country, a labor of love by Edi and his family in a gorgeous location. You can plan a whole vacation around this spot: hiking into the Gramoz foothills; dining on lamb, fresh tomatoes and the biggest petullas I've ever seen; watching the petka and lakror-making processes. The new guesthouses at the property (a different listing on this site I think) are also very sharp and very luxe. But the whole experience is exceptional.
