For sure this is the place to be whenever you want some peace and quiet time. The acomodation is the best i have been so far. Johnny , the host, is THE BEST! Delicious organic fresh cooked food, only with local ingredients. Thank you for this amazing vacation, and for sure we will come back next year. Cheers!!!

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed for 11 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The house is exceptionally comfortable, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. I had an outstanding stay at this hotel in Rrjoll, Albania! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely respectful, making us feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and offer an immaculate view that made every morning and evening feel special. Breakfast was excellent; fresh, plentiful, and a perfect start to the day. The location couldn’t be better, just a short and easy walk to the beautiful beach. Everything about this place from the cleanliness to the attentive service made my stay relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rrjoll!

Frenki’S Residence is our newly found gem in beautiful Velipoja. An oasis of tranquility, with relaxing and vast lush gardens, immaculate stylish accomodation with high standard furnishings. Comfortable and extremely clean. It is a blessing to swim in the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic and sunbathe during the day, and enjoy the twittering of the birds at Frenki’S, in pure comfort by evening,night and morning. An outstanding place to stay. Yet, the most precious jewel are the hosts. Friendly, efficient, helpful and all of it, with the most sincere smiles. Well done, indeed! We highly recommend this place and cannot wait to go back, again and again.

The host is super friedly and professional. She helped us a lot with a change of booking. The breakfast was great! Great location near the beach. The cleaning was good. There is also some toys for the kids outside.
