They did great jobs, understand and do the best thing for customers in their abilites. Room was cleaned, wifi so strong, wonderful breafast, bed very comfortable and hot bathtub with much hot water. After we checked out, we could leave luggages in hotel and rest in the lobby until night train.

You really must stay here. The most lovely and helpful staff, i highly recommend getting a tour with them. Ask for the herbal bath. The place is super clean and comfy, food is amazing. We were very sad about leaving.

It is a great location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful and we can ask them to book a cab if needed. The restaurant at the villa also serves good food so it is not a must to settle dinner before going back to the villa.

Camille was very helpful and great to chat with. She arranged a scenic day hike with locals, and also set up transportation to our next stop in Vietnam. The onsite restaurant was really good, and there's also a self serve cooler with water, soda, and beer you can grab anytime.
