It is a 4-minute drive from Pantai Cenang, a 15-minute drive from Langkawi Airport and a 30-minute drive from Kuah Town. Ambong is beautifully set in the rain forest. The room and bathroom were spotless. The staff were next level! Everyone was so happy and helpful. They always offered help even when not asked and would go out of there way to make the stay amazing. I highly recommend Ambong.

The view, the space, the bed, architecture, the facilities were all there for us to use and enjoy. This was truly home away from home, actually, it was better. You are woken up by the birds chirping in the morning. Amazingly, the pool was super warm both day and night. We stayed in the pool until 10.30pm and it was warm the entire time. The view was AMAZING! We were there when the paddy was young and green and it provided an amazing backdrop while we swam, one can not look away. En. Niezam provided us with breakfast in the morning (upon request), and it was delish. I think of all the stays I've been at in Langkawi, and this is probably the 101th trip, this was the best place I've stayed at. So good we refused to leave early on the day we depart and extended another half day. En. Niezam was very helpful and polite and was easy to communicate with in person and Whatsapp. He attended to our needs the whole time we were there. Thank you En. Niezam!
