Laugarfell Accommodation & Hot Springs is located in the Eastern Highlands and is at the border of Vatnajökull National Park. From Laugarfell you have access to many hiking trails and you are close to the road leading to Askja. Laugarfell is accessible for all types of vehicles. I Laugarfell every year in September with friends and we love this place. The staff is always so friendly. Looking forward to next year visit.

Some units have a balcony and/or a patio with sea views. hile we didn’t see any auroras during our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views from the cabin. The space was neat, clean, and well-maintained, with a spotless kitchen and bathroom. Despite the very windy weather outside, the cabin stayed toasty and warm, making it a cozy retreat. Highly recommend!
