Luxury Shepherd Hut in the Peak District está en Bakewell, en la región de Derbyshire County, a 13 km de Teatro de la Ópera de Buxton. We had the most perfect weekend. Nicky was such an attentive host in the lead up to our trip and during our stay. So many great recommendations and lovely treats left for us on our arrival which you don’t expect. She goes above and beyond to make your experience special, thank you so much. Location was just as we wanted, in the middle of rolling hills it was stunning. We were so lucky with the weather while there too. Waking up to that view was amazing. There are some lovely pubs around which are a short drive away. If you’re looking to do walks we did Thors cave one day. This was just beautiful scenery and little lambs and sheep everywhere you looked it was lovely. Then we did the three dales. For a bit of fun we also went to Alton towers one day which was great too. The shepherd hut itself is perfect. So cute and has everything you need for a cosy stay. We hope to come back one day and this little gem will be recommended to family and friends for sure. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. It was perfect in every way.

We had exceptional stay at Rivendale Lodge Retreat, In the middle of the nature park. Very modern and clean accommodation. We loved everything there. We tried to extend our stay but unfortunately was fully booked. For sure we will comeback again.

Everything is perfect , the cabin is so well equipped, it’s warm and welcoming the location is amazing so peaceful, the cabin is spacious and spotless, we enjoyed the hot tub after a cold walk around the beautiful lake

Very detailed about how to get to the property. A very friendly and peaceful place to stay! Milk and a few snacks were put out for arrival, this was a bonus! The doggos all playing together.

It is in such a beautiful location overlooking the peak district, with the best sunsets! The hosts Jo and Paul are very welcoming and helpful, very quick response times! The Lodge I stayed in was dog friendly, it was so clean and comfortable with all amenities needed. It is a 15 minute drive to Carsington water and there are pubs/shops nearby. It is easy to get to other areas of the peak district. I'd go as far to say it's one of the nicest places I've ever stayed! I'll definitely be returning and friends and family are coming next time!

Attention to details was incredible. From a full pantry of non parishables to conversation starter books. The lodge itself gave the vibe that you travelled back in time. Just loved our weekend at this place.
