Baita Mael worked perfectly for two families. The upstairs apartment has a mezzanine with a large double bed and large sofa bed. The downstairs apartment has a separate bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. The garden is enormous and the views are breathtaking. It is completely enclosed so very safe. The apartments were spotless and very well equipped. The owner kindly left fresh fruit and veg as well as other snacks, tea and coffee. It is worth bringing bottled water as you can’t drink the tapwater. The house is difficult to find but communication with the owner was excellent and she made sure we got there! Both families loved the house and location and would love to go back.

Beautifully decorated, had everything we needed. Most importantly for summer there was air conditioning and mosquito nets. Gaja was fantastic and very helpful, even helping us to order food upon our arrival. We will certainly be back!!

Room is modern,clean with good facilities. Wifi, tv and small kitchen are all very good. Location is excellent, very close to the town center with all the restaurants nearby but rooms are very quiet and private. Host is also super friendly and helpful with recommendations and requests. Check in and check out was a breeze.

This is a little gem in the mountains! Super cute cottage, with very lovely owners. We arrived late and the owner arranged a late dinner spot for us at the local restaurant. The place is clean and comfortable. Very much recommended!

Great new chalet in a little village Monte / Massino Visconti with local bakery and supermarkt. Surrounded by locals, lovely view at Lake Maggiore and garden. 15 minutes from Lesa at Lake Maggiore. Nice helpful owner. We were the first guests. A lot of space inside. Dinner: pasta pizza Meta and fisg local at FociSpina in Nebbiono.
