Everything, including the location of the chalet and views. For the first in Europe, stay in the chalet felt like home from home. Overall experience was much better than I expected. We have enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the trains after we returned in the evening. Rebecca was the perfect host, and she has provided everything we need during our stay. The lodge exceeded our expectations. Especially the apartment which was on the other side of the dorm rooms. Overlooking the ever flowing river stream and the Eiger Mountain peak, it was a dream to have stayed there. The proximity to the Grund station from which the train goes to Jungfrau was amazing. Plus the free bus service to the center of the town with the card from the reception. I would definitely recommend the place any time.
