Had a fantastic time at the Best Western, the staff were fantastic and incredibly helpful. I forgot my hat in the room, but didn't realise until the end of my trip. The staff were nice enough to mail it back to me, all the way to Australia.

Very good hotel in the downtown in Banff. Banff Avenue is 5 minutes walk and the hotel is also located near the river, ideal for morning or evening walks. The staff was super nice and helpful. If we go back to Banff, we will definitively stay here.
